Award Guide

Nominations Process

Read the Requirements: Carefully review the eligibility criteria and requirements for the award. Ensure you meet all the qualifications necessary for your category.

Check Eligibility: Confirm that you are eligible to apply for the award based on the outlined criteria. If you meet the requirements, proceed with the application process.

Download the Award Application Form: Go to the appropriate section of the website and download the application form that corresponds to your award category.

Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the downloaded application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Be thorough and ensure all required fields are filled.

Pay the Award Application Fees: Make sure to pay the award application fee (Payment instructions). Keep a copy of the payment confirmation for your records and to upload to the application page. (Amount 250 AED)

Submit the Application Online: After completing the form, navigate to the website's application page and upload your filled-out form. Ensure all required documents are ready to be attached:
- Professional photo.
- Valid ENA membership.
- Award Application Fee (250 AED).
- Award Application Filled Form with evidences.

Verify All Required Items: Double-check that you have included all necessary information and documents before submitting. This includes supporting documents, payment proof, and any other required items.

Submit Your Application: Once everything is in order, submit your application through the website. Ensure you receive a confirmation email or message that your submission has been successfully processed.

Review of Nomination

Subcommittees on Recognition Awards

Screens award nominations to verify eligibility.
Evaluates each award nomination against the award’s specific selection criteria.
Conducts interviews with top 10 participants from each category to shortlist to 3.
Recommends award recipients for consideration by the Committee on Recognition Awards.

Note: There will be a Subcommittee on Recognition Awards for each award category.

Committee on Recognition Awards

Reviews the recommendations submitted by the respective Subcommittee on Recognition Awards for each award category.
Makes decisions on the award recipients.

Note: The Committee on Recognition Awards has the authority to withhold a recommended recipient for any award category if the nominations received do not meet the selection criteria.

Award Ceremony Decision

The Public announcement on award recipients will be announced during the Emirates Nursing Association Award Ceremony.

Issue official certificates of appreciation to award winners, recognizing their exemplary performance, leadership, and contributions to the nursing profession.

Highlighting on ENA Website

Showcase the photos and profiles of award winners prominently on the Emirates Nursing Association website, providing visibility and recognition for their achievements to a wider audience.
