Recognizes individuals who have significantly advanced nursing education in the UAE. It aims to honor those who develop innovative teaching methods, curricula, or educational programs that lead to measurable improvements in nursing education quality and student outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to UAE nationals and residents involved in nursing education.

  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing education, demonstrating a notable impact on the field.

Questions for Applicants

Outstanding Contribution to the Profession (300 words maximum for each question):

Demonstrate how you have contributed to advancing nursing education in the UAE by introducing innovative practices, methodologies, or systemic changes. Highlight how these innovations have positively impacted the broader nursing education field and improved standards.

Career Achievements in the Field (300 words maximum for each question):

Demonstrate your personal career achievements in nursing education. Highlight recognitions, certifications, promotions, or leadership roles that reflect your professional growth. Share how these milestones have positioned you as a leader or expert in your field.

Significant Contribution to the Community (300 words maximum for each question):

Demonstrate your efforts in supporting nursing students or staff through community health initiatives or professional readiness programs. Provide evidence of how these efforts have positively impacted individuals or the nursing community in the UAE.

Inspiring Influence and Role Modeling (300 words maximum for each question):
Demonstrate how you have inspired others and served as a role model in nursing education. Highlight examples of mentoring, empowering students or peers, and influencing positive change within the profession.
